By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which may be updated periodically. This agreement is governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

By accessing or using the website, you (the “End User,” “You,” or “Your”) confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The Company specialises in luxury timepieces and accessories. By using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any changes.

By using the website and/or registering at www.vaqthorology.com, you authorise us to contact you via email, phone, and SMS regarding our products, services and promotions, even if you are registered under DND or DNC services, for up to 60 days post registration.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to change the assortment of items offered on the website or through the Client Relations Centre.

All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance by us. Products that cannot be added to the shopping cart are not available for sale. The Client Relations Centre can provide more information regarding these products.

Quantity limits may apply to certain products. We reserve the right to refuse orders exceeding a certain number of authorised products at any time without prior notice.

Only individuals (not legal entities) who (a) have reached the age of legal majority (eighteen in most countries) and (b) have the legal capacity to enter into contracts may order products through the website. If you are under the age of legal majority or cannot lawfully enter into a contract, you must have your parent or guardian place an order on your behalf, and they will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order through the website, you represent that you are a bona fide end-user customer purchasing for personal use and will not deliver, sell or distribute our products for commercial purposes.

If you are representing individuals, companies or any entities, you confirm that you have the valid authority to do so.

While we strive to ensure that product representations on the website accurately reflect the original products, slight variations may occur due to technical issues. The Company cannot be held liable for discrepancies between product images and actual products.

Payment

The Company accepts the following forms of payment: online payment via credit card, debit card, and net banking. We accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We do not charge a fee for bank wire transfers for orders made through the website or Client Relations Centre; however, some financial institutions may charge a fee.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed via email. If your wire transfer payment is not credited within three days, your order will be cancelled.

Please check and confirm all details on the payment page before placing your order. When ordering through the website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form.

You confirm that the card details provided are correct and owned by you. If you use a card belonging to a third party, you confirm that you have their authorization to use it for payment.

The Company is not liable for any credit/debit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent use rests with the user, who must prove otherwise.

In addition to other legal remedies, the Company reserves the right to recover costs from users who fraudulently use the website and to initiate legal proceedings against such individuals.

Prices for products described on the website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. Prices, products, and services are subject to change at the Company’s discretion.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices and delivery costs are correct at the time of entry into the system. However, if any products or delivery costs are incorrectly priced, we will contact you to inform you of the error. If we cannot reach you, we will cancel the order and notify you in writing. If we mistakenly accept an order with a pricing error, we may cancel the supply and refund any amounts paid.

Changes in applicable law between the order date and the Confirmation of Order may result in changes to sales tax. If there is an increase, we will contact you to reconfirm your purchase.

Shipping And Delivery

The Company offers a premium delivery service with special attention to detail. We only accept orders for delivery to addresses within India and provide free shipping. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or hotels.

We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the following estimated delivery lead times from the date of Order Confirmation:

Standard Delivery: 10 Days

Each delivery package will include:

• All related accessories, if any
• Product User Guide, as applicable
• International Warranty Card
• Certificate of Authenticity, as applicable
• Printed gift note, if requested
• Invoice, unless requested otherwise

You will receive an invoice via email as a PDF attachment. You may request a hard copy by calling the Client Relations Centre at [email protected]. We will require proper identification and the assigned Order Reference Number for this request.

The Company ensures that each order is insured during transit until delivery.

A signature from an adult (18+ years) is required to confirm acceptance of the products delivered. If you specify a recipient for delivery, their signature will serve as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the sale contract.

The Company is not liable for non-delivery or wrong delivery due to errors in the information provided by you or if an adult is not present at the time of delivery. Any re-delivery costs will be billed to you.

The Company is not liable for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, natural calamities, force majeure, technical glitches or poor carrier performance.

Return And Refund Policy

To return or exchange an item:

• Request a Return Authorisation Number, which will be emailed to you.
