Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at VAQT Horology. VAQT Horology stands behind the quality of its products and takes every effort to handle effectively the cases of defective or damaged products. VAQT Horology warrants that its products will correspond with the specifications at the time of delivery and agree to remedy on non-conformity from the date on which the risk passes to the purchasers within the warranty period as mentioned below. We shall not be liable whatsoever in regards of any defects in the products after the said period. 

At VAQT Horology, we are committed to providing the highest quality luxury timepieces and ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a return and refund policy under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item meets the conditions for return.
  • Items must be returned in new, unworn and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags and protective covers intact. Any signs of wear, alteration or damage will render the item ineligible for return.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Products you cannot return or exchange

  • Watches that have been customised or engraved at the customer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items ordered specifically for the customer that are not part of our regular inventory are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In the following cases, the product shall be construed as defective:
  • The product is found in unsealed condition
  • Any item is missing, or damaged packaging
  • Is an expired product
  • This return and refund policy is applicable only for the return of products accompanied with a genuine VAQT invoice.
  • Other than above, the VAQT shall not be required to remedy the defective product if
  • The consumer had damaged the product
  • The consumer had misused the product and caused the fault
  • The consumer had tried to repair the watch himself or had someone else try to repair it, and in the process damaged it
  • The fault being of “wear and tear” 

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact Client Relations within 7 days of receipt on [email protected]. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return transit.
  • Items must be securely packed to avoid any damage during shipping. Watches returned in inadequate packaging may not be eligible for refund.
  • You bear all return shipping charges as well as the risk of loss or of damage of the VAQT product during the return. However, if you are eligible to a replacement or refund, VAQT will refund all reasonable shipping costs you paid for returning the product

Inspection and Approval

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure that the product satisfies the conditions of the Returns and Refund Policy. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 5 business days of receiving the item, then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned showing minor signs of wear or damage, or if the item is returned beyond the 7-day window but is still eligible for a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, once the item is returned and inspected.
